Paul Strauss, a Ph.D. candidate, continues his stay in Europe with an 8 month dissertation-writing fellowship from the Leibniz-Institute for European History in Mainz, Germany. The fellowship comes with significant financial support and lasts from August 2015 through March 2016. Strauss is currently in Germany on a Fulbright. Congratulations to Paul.
