Following my earlier stint in graduate school, I have been working full time with the National Park Service in the area of historic preservation and cultural resource management. I have also worked quite a lot with the issue of using databases to manage data about historic resources.

I have had a long standing interest in African American history and the history of enslavement. I am also particularly interested in social justice issues.
