Charles Klinetobe is a doctoral student in history at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, studying American legal and political history, with a particular interest in legal mechanisms employed by Southern governments to circumvent Civil Rights legislation and court decisions. He also has worked on a digital history project designed to bring primary source documents into high school classrooms.
