My research focuses thematically on understanding and explaining the behavior of international leaders, great and small. My Master’s thesis combines my interests in foreign relations and Eastern Europe, drawing from work in political science and psychology. I find an interdisciplinary approach enlightening in my research and have achieved greater intellectual comprehensiveness by borrowing from outside the field of history.
